A MOL Makromil 300 bórmentes, magas ásványolaj tartalmú, vízzel elegyíthető, hűtő-kenő folyadék. A termék ásványolaj finomítványt, emulgeátort, korróziógátlót, súrlódásmódosító komponenseket valamint optimalizált biocid adalékokat tartalmaz. Emulzió készítéshez keverő-berendezés használatát javasoljuk. Keverés során mindig a vízhez adjuk a koncentrátumot. Az elkészített emulzió koncentrációját kalibrált refraktométerrel javasolt ellenőrizni. Refraktométer faktor: 0,9. Az emulzió élettartam szempontjából a rendszer tisztasága meghatározó, ezért a MOL Netsol SC rendszertisztító használata minden csere előtt javasolt. A mikroorganizmusokkal szemben mutatott ellenállás egy minimális emulzió-koncentráció betartásával (4-5 tf%) biztosítható.
