A MOL Food Grease 1 szintetikus alapolajjal és alumíniumkomplex sűrítővel készülő kenőzsír. NSF által regisztrált H1 kategóriájú termék: \"Ez a termék élelmiszerekkel véletlenszerűen kapcsolatba kerülő (H1) kenőanyagként alkalmazható az élelmiszer-előállítás közvetlen és közvetett környezetében.\" Használatakor különös figyelmet kell fordítani arra, nehogy az élelmiszeripari minősítésű kenőanyagot egyéb kenőanyagok beszennyezzék. Szerkezete kémiailag ellenálló, ezért enyhén lúgos és savas környezetben is alkalmazható. Mérsékelten lágy, sárgásfehér színű kenőzsír. Alkalmazási hőmérséklettartomány: -30°C és +140°C között
